TOLFA Benefits, Question 4

Among the "benefits" this page says a free society would bring is that of better-educated children. Do you agree that that would be true even for the children of parents unable to afford the fees? No I don't. That's a flaw in it - perhaps a fatal one. Some minimal Welfare State is unavoidable.
Yes, for I think benefactors would appear to pay those fees.
No, obviously not. If those children don't go to school, they cannot become well-educated.
Yes, because 'a rising tide lifts all boats.' As society becomes much richer overall, even the poorest will have money to raise their kids well - via the Internet if necessary, at home.
