Show some reasons why a trial is likely to be much more fair in a free-market justice system
than in one operated by government
|
The court's reputation in its marketplace will depend on it.
There will be no connection or "interest" between either antagonist and the judge (eg neither will employ him, as one side does today)
Procedures will be set by agreement between the antagonists beforehand, not by a one-size-fits-all rulebook
Contending attorneys will be responsible only to the antagonists, not to the court, as today (even a defense attorney is an "officer of the court" and as such is forbidden to say certain things even though they might help his client.)
